Terms of Use
Last updated 28 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and KRAC Technology Ltd (“we”, “us”) for using UrFitHub. Please read them before you sign up. If you are a coach, our Coach Terms also apply to you. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
1. About us
UrFitHub is operated by KRAC Technology Ltd, registered in Ireland. You can reach us at hello@urfithub.com. This is also our single point of contact for users and for authorities under the EU Digital Services Act. We handle messages in English.
2. What UrFitHub is
UrFitHub is an online platform where independent fitness coaches share posts and training or diet plans, and where clients can follow coaches and subscribe to their paid content. Coaches are not our employees, and they are responsible for the content and advice they give.
3. Your account
- You must be 18 or over to use UrFitHub.
- Give accurate details, keep your password private, and tell us straight away at hello@urfithub.com if you think someone else has used your account.
- One person, one account. Accounts can’t be sold or shared.
- You can delete your account at any time from your profile page, or by emailing us. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first so you aren’t charged again.
4. Health and safety
Content on UrFitHub is general fitness information, not medical advice. Talk to your doctor before you start a new exercise or diet programme, especially if you have a medical condition or injury, are pregnant or have recently given birth, or take medication. Stop exercising and get medical help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. Coaches set their own programmes, and you should only follow advice that suits your own health and ability.
5. Subscriptions and payment
- A subscription gives you access to a coach’s subscriber-only posts and plans for as long as it lasts. You buy the subscription from us; we pass the coach their share.
- The price is shown on the coach’s page and at checkout before you pay, and that is the total you pay each month. Payments are taken by our payment provider, Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically every month on the same day until you cancel. You can cancel at any time on the coach’s page. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
- If a coach changes their price, it only applies to new subscribers. If we ever need to change the price of your existing subscription, we will tell you at least 30 days before, and you can cancel before it applies.
- If a payment fails, access to paid content pauses until it goes through.
6. Your right to withdraw within 14 days
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you can withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason.
When you subscribe, you ask us to give you access to the coach’s content straight away. If you then withdraw within the 14 days, we refund what you paid, minus an amount in proportion to the days you had access. Your access ends when you withdraw.
To withdraw, use Withdraw from contract here under your subscription on the coach’s page, or email hello@urfithub.com saying you want to withdraw and which coach you subscribed to. We confirm by email and refund you within 14 days, to the card you paid with.
This doesn’t affect your other legal rights. For example, if content is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
7. Your content
- You own what you post. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy and display it, only so we can run and promote UrFitHub. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law.
- Only post content you have the right to share, and that follows our Community Guidelines.
- Don’t copy, download to share, or resell another coach’s paid content. It is for your personal use only.
8. Reports, moderation and suspension
- Anyone can report content they believe is illegal or breaks our rules, using the report form or by emailing hello@urfithub.com.
- We review reports and may remove content, limit who can see it, suspend or close accounts, or stop payments to coaches who break these terms or the law. We act in a careful, objective and proportionate way.
- If we take action against your content or account, we tell you what we did, why, and which rule or law it relates to. You can ask us to look at the decision again by replying to that message or emailing hello@urfithub.com, and you can always go to court.
- If content suggests a threat to someone’s life or safety, we may report it to the Gardaí or other police.
9. Our liability
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t be limited by law. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.
- We are not responsible for advice or content that coaches give, except where the law makes us responsible.
- We are not liable for losses that weren’t foreseeable, or for business losses (UrFitHub is for personal use).
- We work to keep UrFitHub available and secure, but we can’t promise it will never be interrupted. If we close a feature you pay for, we refund any unused part of your subscription.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when the law or our service changes. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before an important change takes effect. If you don’t agree, you can cancel and delete your account before then.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Irish law. If you live elsewhere in the EU or in the UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country, and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live or in Ireland. If something goes wrong, please contact us first at hello@urfithub.com so we can try to fix it.
